Processing Time

We process orders within 3-5 business days of receiving them. We work fast, but we’re a small team, so please be patient if it takes us a bit longer to get your order just right.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping so you know exactly what to expect. Can’t wait to get your hands on your Katoa purchase? Don’t worry, we offer express shipping too. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you're one of our beloved customers outside of these areas, drop us an email, and we'll see what we can do!

Packaging

We care about the planet, so we use sustainable packaging whenever possible. No excess plastic, no waste—just what’s necessary to get your swimwear to you safely. Keep that packaging and reuse or recycle it!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking info isn’t updating or something seems off, reach out to us, and we’ll help you figure it out.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, let us know right away. We’ll work with you to make it right. Just keep in mind that we aren’t responsible for lost packages once they’re in the hands of the carrier, so please double-check your shipping details before checking out.
