Thank you for choosing us! We want you to love your Katoa purchase, but we understand buying online can be a struggle. We’re a small brand committed to sustainability, so we like to keep things simple and eco-conscious. Here’s how it works:

1. Exchanges Only

Need a different size, colour, or style? We’re happy to exchange your unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached items. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen.

2. Returns? Only for Defective Items.

We are confident in the quality of our products but if your swimwear is damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll refund you in full.

3. How to Do an Exchange or Return

  1. Email Us: Send us an email at katoalabel@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your exchange/return.
  2. Return Instructions: We’ll give you the info you need to send your item back.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack your item securely and ship it back. You’re responsible for return shipping unless we’ve messed up. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging with eco bag and swing tag.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit! But if you’ve worn it, washed it, or got any wild ideas about altering it... that’s a no-go.

5. A Sustainable Approach

We’re a small, slow-fashion brand, so we ask that you shop thoughtfully. Every return has an impact, so we appreciate you considering your choices carefully xx
